Nicholas B. Daddazio is an artist devoted to the study of the cravat and its symbolism. He is also a special correspondent for Academia Cravatica from New York. His study of the cravat resulted in production of a large collection of bronce cravat sculptures that he had started making in 1992. In year 2005, he included giant mixed-media necktie sculptures in canvas, plastic, denim, cotton, netting and many other materials in his work.
