Born in 1936 in Duga Resa (Croatia). He graduated from the Art Academy in Zagreb in 1961. He is a regular member of the Croatian Academy of Science and Art. He designed the bank notes and coins of the new Croatian state: the kuna. His sketches and graphics are present in many galleries, museums and private collections around the world. The original picture „Bombarding the Optical Nerve“ is in the Modern Art Gallery in New York (USA). He lives and works in Zagreb.
